By using PillPal you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
PillPal helps you schedule medication reminders, track intake, and optionally share status with caregivers. It is a tool to assist your routine.
PillPal does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and is not a substitute for professional healthcare. Reminders may be delayed or fail due to device settings, connectivity, or OS limitations; do not rely on the app as the sole means of managing critical medication. Always follow your healthcare provider’s instructions.
You are responsible for activity under your account and for the accuracy of the medication data you enter.
PillPal offers a free tier and an optional paid subscription (and/or one-time purchase). Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the period; manage or cancel in your Apple ID settings. Purchases are processed by Apple.
Do not misuse the service, attempt to breach security, or use it unlawfully.
The service is provided “as is” without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including missed doses.
We may update these Terms; continued use means acceptance of the updated Terms.
